NY Times calls it most important bldg in 20th century. To ensure uniformity, Mies went so far to only allow window blinds to be fully open, 1/2 open or fully closed. More bldg history in blog.

Famous modernist Mies! he has created architecture throughout USA and the world, many architect's follow him to understand minimalism, built in the late 50's, the only building setback from Park Ave.
